Some of the Food Nazis will say, “Saturated fat is of the devil!” Surprisingly though, Food Nazis will ignore the credible research contradicting their own claims. The results become the mantra: “Don’t confuse me with the facts! My mind is already made up!” Is that good research to the masses and doesn’t this just confuse the sincere truth-seekers more?
