When Glenn Pendlay speaks, I listen.

In the ground-breaking article “Too Much Muscle: The Glenn Pendlay Secret“(rated: PG), Glenn talks about the importance of compound exercises especially in tapping into the hormonal pool of hypertrophy.  On page 2, he talks about the Push Press exercise and how those who want to build muscle need to do this exercise (as well as mastering cleans and snatches).
