The Whole 30 Scam!

That’s it! I’m off The Whole 30 program because this is simply a scam. I mean there is NO WAY people can make changes on this food plan. EVER. It’s too restrictive. It’s too mental. It’s too hard.

Early April’s Fools!

On the contrary, The Whole 30 program is completely do-able and the results speak for themselves.

  1. Doable, and sensible. I haven’t missed the things I’ve let go (bread and dairy), and when I do miss them terribly, I use my own judgment about what I can go ahead and enjoy. Enjoy–that is the operative word here. I’m *enjoying* so many wonderful foods that I hadn’t explored before! Not self-denial or self-flagellation: what makes sense and supports my goals.
