Fresh Friday: The Ridonkculously Easy Ghee


During my Whole 30 journey, I dared to venture into ghee making and was surprised at how ridonkculous easy it is!

Ghee is clarified butter. You would remove all the milk solids to get pure, unadulterated fatty goodness. Plus, you save money!

P.S. You want to cook ghee at 30 minutes (general rule) so make sure to set an egg timer!
