Wow! What an odyssey! How fitting also that the day I end the challenge would fall on Warrior Wednesday plus this post marks 120th!

In the video, I was doing the Stronglifts 5 x 5 program when I was starting to get into weight training and had taken a week off (usually every eight weeks I take a full week off to let the body to heal).

That’s it! I’m off The Whole 30 program because this is simply a scam. I mean there is NO WAY people can make changes on this food plan. EVER. It’s too restrictive. It’s too mental. It’s too hard.

Who isn’t affected by this word? You need food to
survive thrive. We are bombarded with commercials about food. We think about what we will eat for the day. We grow food. We need it daily.
Is it no wonder that food is the catalyst for change? When you stick a piece of food in your mouth, there is ALWAYS a hormonal response. No one can deny that a small morsel of food can cause a backlash in the body.
You don’t believe me? Ask the person who is stricken with food allergies and say to them that food does not influence the body. Continue reading
