Use This Challenge To Shut Up Your Inner Fatboy

So I am at work today and I decide to ponder about my fitness level.  How I went from awesome to apathy in about six months after a consistent fitness run for two years straight. 

Bitter pill to swallow.  It is what it is.

Honesty is what can set me free, right?

Then something evil occurred to me.  Something sinister.  Something down right chilling.

This morning (shhh…don’t tell nobody, okay) I started to do burpees (5 to be exact).  Suddenly the dark side crept over me. 

Wait a minute.

There has to be a burpee challenge somewhere. Off to the internets I go!

You CAN really find anything on the internets!

And lo, I found what I was looking for…pure evil…30 Day Burpee Challenge!

Not to be selfish, I wanted to share my pain and convinced encouraged other people on Facebook to join me (the hilarity of their comments was great).

Deadlifts. The most feared and powerful exercise in my humble opinion. What other exercise could you make you feel fearful and exhilaration at the same time? Well, burpees come a close second. Continue reading
